One of the most important relationships we will ever have is the one with self. Do you like you? Are you healthy? Why or why not? If a person is not healthy for self then they will have a difficult time relating to others. This group will run for 6 weeks, 8-10 participants and will explore current relationships and recognize patterns that may need to change. We will examine our attachment styles and how this plays a role in who we attract and are attracted to.
